INTERNATIONAL AND EUROPEAN LEGAL STANDARDS THE FUNCTIONING OF JUDICIAL SELF-GOVERNMENT

Abstract
The article conducts a theoretical study of international norms and generally recognized European legal standards in the field of judicial self-government. International and European normative legal acts containing key guidelines for the functioning of judicial self-government bodies were studied. A comprehensive study of the supreme bodies of judicial self-government as integral part of the independence of the judiciary was carried out, organizational and legal problems of the activities of judicial self-government bodies were revealed.
