INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-TECHNOLOGICAL EXCHANGE AS A DETERMINING DOMINANT OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE INTELLECTUALIZATION

Abstract
The decisive role of international scientific and technological exchange as a key dominant in the intellectualization of international trade was investigated. The structure and dynamics of the development of the market for intellectual property are analyzed. The dominating role of China on it and the Asian region as a whole is revealed. Key influence factors are identified: endogenous (efficiency of national institutions and mechanisms of legal protection, growth of R & D, concentration of intellectual potential and capital in individual countries of the world, trade policy of the country) and exogenous (supranational international institutions, technology trade, technological gap and uneven economic development, globalization, integration and disintegration processes ) on international scientific and technological exchange and its relationship with the intellectualization of international trade. The main trends in the market are revealed, which have their manifestation in the rapid growth and further development of it, which accelerate the international scientific and technological exchange and, as a consequence, the intellectualization of international trade.
