ІРОНІЯ ЯК СКЛАДОВА ОЦІНКИ У СУЧАСНІЙ ІСПАНСЬКІЙ АВТОРСЬКІЙ ПУБЛІЦИСТИЦІ

Abstract
The aim of our research is to study the irony as an evaluation component of modern Spanish journalistic essays. The essay column in modern Spanish newspapers is considered to be vivid and eccentric which can be identified as an extremely original text which reflects a definite aspect of modern Spanish society life. Its main idea can be both a private and national or international event. The author of this publication is a famous writer, whose fame is based on numerous literary awards and whose opinion is important for his readers as their circle has been formed during many years of fructiferous collaboration of this columnist with the edition. Moreover, their readers’ abilities are wider than the linguistic of rhetoric ones, and extend to cultural, ideologic allusions and connotations that can be perceived only with deep, full and complete understanding of the article. The column evaluation is formed with all language level means, among which the priority is given to the irony. Having defined different kinds of ironical evaluation, we have found as the most productive the following ones: intentional, hidden or implicit irony. In order to create the associative irony, the columnist uses all language level means that can provide the closest to his ideal interpretation of the column and, consequently, create perlocutionary effect.
