IRRATIONAL ACTION OF THE LIEDER'S PERSONALITY IN THE PROCESS OF ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT DECISIONS

Abstract
The article attempts to study the meaning irrationalities actions of the leader's personality in the process of making managerial decisions; content of concept "managerial decision" is clarified, which means choice what must do lieder to his job duties more effectively. Concept "irrationality" means the limited cognitive opportunities of the personality. It is explored how the irrationality of management can influence the making managers of education and school teacher’s decision. It was found that the plurality of alternatives does not contribute to the determination of the individual, blocks activity. The presence of management decision-making skills facilitates the rapid inclusion of the education manager's personality in this process. If a person is involved in the decision-making process only occasionally and the corresponding skills are absent, he or she (person) is more likely to be delayed. The provision that a wide choice does not always contribute to the effective and rapid adoption of managerial decisions is confirmed in the practice of postgraduate education.
