KINESITOITIZATION IN PHYSICAL THERAPY OF PATIENTS WITH INTERMEDIATE HORNES OF THE LUMBAR DEPARTMENT OF SLEEVES

Abstract
The article deals with the use of kinesiotyping techniques for intervertebral hernias of the lumbar spine. The purpose, main tasks and principles of use of kinesiotherapy are determined. The efficiency of kinesiotypivanija application for restoration of patients with the expressed pain syndrome at intervertebral hernias issubstantiated. The kinesiotyping technique allows the body to use its own forces to improve the treatment, through maintaining and stabilizing the muscles and increasing the space for circulating the intercellular fluid, blood and lymph. This method improves the efficiency of restoring the mobility of the vertebral segment in a short period of time without restriction sine very day and active life of a person. This method is well combined in the restoration of patients with other means to reduce pain in the lumbar spine and can be used by specialists in the field of physical therapy and ergotherapy. This is a positive assessment of the use of the method in the acute and subacute stage. Pain indices during active stages in the acute stage of kinesiotyping were in the control group– х = 7,6 points (S = 0,2 points), in the main– х = 7,4 points (S = 0,3 points), p>0,05 and 3 days after the procedure, they were in the control group– х = 5,1 points (S = 0,3 points) and significantly decreased in the main group– х = 2,2 points (S = 0,1 points), p<0,05.
