Креативність як базисна характеристика вчителя сучасної школи

Abstract
The article analyzes the notion of creativity as a trait, quality, characteristic of a modern school teacher’s personality; as an ability to non-traditional, original way of solving the new problematic tasks and situation on the basis of intuitive thinking and the creative imagination; as a creative potential of an individual, which acts as a stimulus or a mechanism of search-transformative activity in the professional creative activity.
