LABOR PRACTICES IN ORGANIZATION AS A SUBJECT OF SOCIAL AUDIT

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the social audit of labor practices in the organization. The definition of «practice» and «labor practices» is given. Varieties of labor practices in the organization are analyzed. The peculiarities of social audit of labor practices in the organization are determined. The necessity of social audit of labor practices in Ukraine is substantiating.
