LAND LEGISLATION DEVELOPMENT COUNTRIES OF WESTERN EUROPE IN THE MIDDLE EAST

Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of land legislation in the countries of Western Europe during the Middle Ages and the relations that it regulated. The link between the development of legislation and the birth of feudalism is traced, the subjects of land relations, the order of possession, disposal, use of land are characterized.
