Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню лінгвальних параметрів ключового концепту британської лінгвокультури INSULARITY / ОСТРІВНІСТЬ. На засадах лінгвокультурного та лінгвокогнітивного підходів запропоновано визначення концепту як конституенти британського ментального простору, з’ясовано сутність поняття «острівного менталітету», проаналізовано мовні характеристики концепту INSULARITY / ОСТРІВНІСТЬ із висвітленням особливостей номінативних одиниць.
