Abstract
The article briefly discusses the works featuring the present state of Lukash Studies and substantiating different scholars’ approaches towards Mykola Lukash’s creative heritage. The paper provides the overview of main problems raised in Lukash Studies and traces the shift of scholarly interest in the study of certain aspects of the translator’s activity. On the basis of the overview of the most substantial works which appeared in the 21st century the paper establishes the distinction between the main trends of Lukash Studies and expatiates upon them, summing up the achievements in each.
