MECHANISM OF COUNTERACTION TO ILLEGAL TURNOVER OF NARCOTIC FACILITIES AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES: CONCEPT AND MAINTENANCE

Abstract
An author examines maintenance and value of mechanism of counteraction to illegal turnover of narcotic facilities, psychotropic substances and their analogues, that presents by a soba complex of associate inter se law-enforcement functions of state, sent to them, maintenance of that is formed whole complex of facilities and methods of influence on criminal narcoturnover (organizational, legal, economic, political, social, psychological and others like that). The subjects of influence on criminal narcoturnover and their functions are determined in organizational legal order creation and modernisation of model of counteraction to narcocriminality and drug dealing and process of narcotization of population become result of that. Quality and effectiveness of work of mechanism of counteraction to narcocriminality and drug dealing and process of narcotization of population are determined only by events of national level.
