Methodological aspects of the evaluation of state policy: “competitiveness” and “political time”

Abstract
The article deals with the scientific problem of evaluation of state policy. Valuation of public policy is a systematic assessment of the quality of the activity and (or) the results of the program or policy implementation in order to study its impact, making proposals change and correct. The author suggests using “competitiveness” and “politica l time” as tools for evaluating policies. This will increase the quality of public policy.
