Methodological tool for realization of the complex state mechanism of regulation of processes of counteraction to the development of the shadow economy at the local level

Abstract
The article deals with the methodological tools of the implementation of the complex state mechanism of regulation of processes of counteraction to the development of the shadow economy at the local level. The main strategies of the state policy of counteracting the development of the shadow economy are analyzed. The methodological construct of the institutional mechanism of state regulation of the process of counteracting the development of the shadow economy is proposed.
