Abstract
Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie idei miast 2.0, która rozwija się dzięki rewolucji cyfrowej i zastosowaniu innowacji technologicznych we współczesnym zarządzaniu miastem. Opracowanie porusza kwestie etapów politycznej komunikacji, roli Internetu i koncepcji Web 2.0 w tworzeniu miast 2.0 oraz przed stawia praktyczne przykłady działań wykorzystujących rozwój innowacji technologicznych w Polsce i na świecie.
