Modern methodological approaches to the definition and the legal content of anti-corruption policy

Abstract
The article is devoted to the complex research of meth- odological aspects of the definition and the legal content of the state anti-corruption policy. Considered the most important features of anti-corruption policy as the key activities of the modern state, analyzed the main doctri- nal approaches to the definition of the legal content and meaning of a coherent and institutionally organized an- ti-corruption policy in the functioning of the national legal system and proper implementation of the public ad- ministration.
