MONITORING OF THE PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS OF THE FIRST-SECOND-YEAR-STUDENTS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT A STATE OF REGULATORY MECHANISMS OF THEIR CARDIAC RHYTHM

Abstract

Traditionally, in the educational process of physical education to determine the level of functionality of students complex tests enabling designation of students’ physical preparedness are used alongside with traditional positions on the assessment of certain physical qualities which reflect specific energy potency of the organism; however, for various reasons, they do not provide complete information about the capabilities of the body. Therefore, the study of the interaction of physical preparedness together with other parameters of functionality, with the regulatory mecha- nisms of the body, in particular, shows a more complete picture of the human functional reserves. The aim of the study is to determine the degree of correlation indicators of physical preparedness and parameters of variation pulsometry in different states. The received results within the research: on the basis of correlation analysis of both the indicators of rhythmo- cardiography in different states and the students’ physical preparedness there have been defined the informative in- dicators which enabled the rise in efficiency evaluation of students’ functional opportunities. The most complex interaction of the motor tests with the parameters of variation pulsometry was observed in the state of a muscular rest (45 correlations (P <0.05-0.01), 33 of them demonstrated a weak force, 12 ‒ a medium strength). A bit less correlation occurred between the pedagogical testing and the data of rhythmocardiography in the early period of recovery after functional testing (29 correlations (P <0.05-0.01), 23 of them demonstrated a weak force, 6 ‒ a medium strength). Only in 12 cases there was observed a weak (9 cases) and an average (3 cases) corre- lation between the indicators of control exercises on physical preparedness and mathematical analysis of the heart rate at the moment of reverse within functional testing. The regulatory mechanisms of cardiac activity had the great- est impact on the overall endurance, speed-strength qualities and coordination capabilities; whereas they had a less effect on strength endurance and speed; there were not fixed any connections with flexibility. Further studies are focused on the interpretation of the correlation matrix specifying the dependence of the phys- ical preparedness indicators on the parameters of the physical development, central nervous system and hemody- namics of the students aged 17-19.
