MORAL VALUES IN THE CONTENT OF PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN EDUCATION WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF SPIRITUAL SAFETY OF SOCIETY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of determination of moral values significance in the content of educating primary school children. It is stated that the very moral values adopted by primary school-age children appear to be the foundations for forming spiritual and moral individuals able to think and act on the basis of morality. The article specifies the essence of the concept of moral values and explains their role as a main reference point in a person's life. In the article the characteristic of the moral values as Beauty, Justice, Honesty and Conscience are given and their importance in the content of educating primary school children within the framework of spiritual safety of society is determined. It is noted, that from a psychophysiological viewpoint, the age from six to ten is especially favorable for forming value spheres of a child, because it is the age, when the processes of exploration of the world and self-exploration, together with interaction with social and natural environment, become especially active. It is indicated, that childhood is the best period for inculcating the skills of seeing a person’s inner beauty, appreciating others not by their pretty faces but by their actions and abilities. The reason is that for providing humanity’s wellbeing and peaceful life, it is necessary not only to aim a young generation at creating beauty, but also develop their Inner Beauty as the basis for mutual understanding, mutual respect and care in a society.
