MOTIVATION AS A WAY TO OPTIMIZE THE PROCESS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE STUDY

Abstract

We examine some psychological and educational aspects of management training motivation and suggest concrete ways and means in formation and development of a sustainable positive motivation in learning a foreign language. The author believes that the consistency of content and methods of its filing with educational needs and interests of students is a fundamental factor in the formation of learning motivation and strengthens all its components: needs, intensity, interests, emotions, motives, which in its turn, contributes to the deepening and expansion of students' cognitive activity and effectiveness of learning foreign language communication.
