MULTICULTURAL EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS OF PRE-SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN’S TUTORS

ural and historical phenomenon. At the same time, culture is characterized as an anthropological phenomenon that meets human needs. That is why the object of contemporary education, its conceptual framework, modernization is seen in the context of culture, because culture has high educational potential, powerful factor in personal development, socialization and individualization. In the article, the relationship between cultural and educational space society is described, the approaches, pointing to the implementation of this relationship are listed: culture is used as a factor in the content of education and social regulatory product, active reflector of human activity in society and education is seen as a deliberate way to learn culture. Quality indicators of employee education such as erudition, humanity, tolerance, availability of basic and pedagogical culture are listed in the article . Thus, in the article, the reasons are given for the need to use cultural and teaching values of past historical periods, as well as the culture of nationalities living in Ukraine, in the educational process. In the article, the functions of high school, such as cultural, social and professional, are named. There is the description of today’s situation obviousness, demonstrating the need to integrate such complex categories as education and culture. There is suggestion of elaborate of education strategy without giving up vital activity of the modern ethnic groups, bearing in mind that the present stage of development of society is characterized by global trend for escalation of ethnic processes. In the article, methods of examination of the issues of professional consciousness formation: the study of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological literature; the study of normative documents on pre-school education and higher institutions of education; observation (systematic, selective, meaningful situation) in the students’ activities – future tutors of pre-school age children are listed. The article also briefly describes the active learning methods, involving the transition from theory to practice through of students’ training and professional activity. As the realization of the cognitive activity as a cognitive component of multicultural education, attention is drawn to work on cognitive style features an understanding of folk tales, legends, sayings, etc. The article draws attention to efficiency and consolidating activities essentially in the afterschool time. A multicultural approach to the elaboration of future pre-school teachers’ professional consciousness formation structure is presented as a distinctive feature of the new doctrine of higher education.
