Risk as Opportunity and Threat in Business Activities of A Company

Abstract
An analysis of changes taking place in the environment of a company shows an increase not only in the number of environment components but also in intensification of their influence on a company. In other words, both the frequency and intensiveness of changes taking place in the environment increase. The sources of that process are changes of those components that until recently were regarded as stable and relatively constant. In consequence, the company management is forced to make efforts to recognize the environment with regard to risk identification, considered in categories of threats and opportunities for the company activities.
