Satysfakcja z pracy determinantą jakości kapitału ludzkiego oraz kapitału relacyjnego

Abstract
Klasyczne podejście do skutków satysfakcji z pracy koncentruje się na konsekwencjach dla poziomu efektywności pracy oraz chęci rezygnacji i ewentualnej fatycznej rotacji. Znaczenie wartości niematerialnych dla kreowania wartości firmy, szczególnie w organizacjach opartych na kreatywności, wymaga traktowania satysfakcji z pracy jako determinanty jakości kapitału ludzkiego oraz kapitału relacyjnego. Satysfakcja z pracy stanowi również miarę efektywności zarządzania kapitałem ludzkim.
