NOT WITH ACTION, NOT WITH VOICE, BUT WITH HEART – VALUES IN THE PROFESSION OF A CULTURE ANIMATOR

Abstract
The author analyzes values which appear in the profession of a culture animator and presents classifications of values of animation. He shows the world of values in the profession of a culture animator, as well as the essence of this kind of career in the light of formation of values among receivers of culture. The essence in the message is one’s own view on life, which is tantamount to one’s own system of values in a private and professional life. The message which the author (animator) is governed by – not with action, not with voice, but with heart – and which is complemented with the thought – “Animator, animate yourself ” – is addressed to culture animators in the aspect of professional mastering and improving the quality of work, but also the peace of private life in the context of the values which are presented<br/><br/>
