Abstract
The book Between the Gold and the Silver Age of Spanish Culture comprises the papers, which were presented on the conference, that took place from 25th to 27th of September 2007 in Olsztyn. The articles concern a philosophy, a literature, an art of Spain and Latin American countries. The aim of this review is to present briefly a subject matter of the book. Moreover, it is a great occasion to express some reflections about the culture of Spain in general.
