ON THE NEED FOR UNITY OF COGNITIVE ACTIVITY CARRIED OUT AT ITS PRE-TRIAL STAGES

Abstract
In the article deals with the considered problematic issue of unity of cognitive activities exercised its pre-trial stages. It is alleged that a variety of means and knowledge of subjects who carry it generates undue interaction of these entities need to achieve the same objective cognitive and the practice of cognitive activity in the pre-trial investigation has illustrated the imperfection of the "dispersal" of cognitive activity between officials of the pre-trial investigation bodies and operational units.
