Abstract
О.І. Gutorov, S.V. Groshev Organizational-legal ensuring of efficient use of land resources. The provided Article gives the substantiation of the scientific and methodological foundations of the organizational and legal support of the efficient use of land resources. Organization of the effective use of the land resources at all levels of the territorial entities is an integrated system of measures, provides a solution to the legal, socio-economic, technological, organizational, territorial and environmental challenges of agricultural land use. For the purpose of overcoming the detected contradictions in the national land legislation in the context of ensuring ecological sustainable development of the agricultural land and food security of the state the scope of the fundamental issues that shall be resolved in the process of the gradual adoption of the Law of Ukraine regarding the issues of formation of the land market, implementation of the zoning of lands according to the level of their environmental compatibility, degraded and technologically contaminated land has been set. Legal regulation of land relations contributes to the stability and efficient functioning of the system of agricultural land use, focused on food security issues of the country, achieving the welfare of citizens and the development of rural areas. It also solves issues on the formation of a civilized market of agricultural land, use, reproduction and protection, soil conservation, which will allow for a predictable, transparent policy of land relations, which will contribute to the growth of public confidence, its belief in the irreversibility of the land reform, and activation of the investment processes in the agricultural sector.
