Abstract
Partnerstwo publiczno-prywatne jako długoterminowa współpraca pomiędzy organizacjami gospodarczymi i organizacjami publicznymi jest przykładem innowacyjnego zarządzania. Innowacja oparta na kompleksowej interakcji pomiędzy sektorem publicznym a sektorem prywatnym, uzależniona od dziedzin otoczenia i łącząca kapitały wprowadza na rynek nowe usługi, procesy i służy rozwojowi organizacji zaangażowanych w partnerstwo oraz rozwojowi społeczno-gospodarczemu.
