PECULIARITIES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL STANDARDS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES REGARDING THE USE OF COERCIVE MEASURES IN THE SERVICE LAW, NOT RELATED TO LEGAL LIABILITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the peculiarities of the implementation of foreign experience in the use of coercive measures in the service right not related to legal responsibility. The following documents are considered as Recommendation (2001) of the Committee of Ministers to the member states of the Council of Europe "On the European Code of Police Ethics" adopted by the Committee of Ministers on September 19, 2001 at the 765th meeting of the Deputy Ministers; Code of Conduct for Law Enforcement Officials of December 17, 1979; Resolution of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe No. 690 (1979) "On the Declaration on Police" and others. The regulatory legal acts and compliance of domestic legislation with international standards are described in detail.
