Pedagogical conditions of development of organizational culture of establishment of professional education of an agrarian profile

Abstract
The article presents a set of pedagogical conditions that, in our opinion, will contribute to the development of the organizational culture of the pedagogical staff of vocational education institutions, including the agricultural profile. It is proved that the pedagogical conditions are consistent with the laws, the principles of the pedagogical process, meet its goals and contribute to the achievement of the planned result. An important role is given to the analysis of the facts obtained during the ascertaining stage of the study of the state of the organizational culture of educational institutions participating in the experiment. It is revealed and justified that the specific character of the development of the organizational culture of the pedagogical staff is the close connection of pedagogical, eco-nomic and sociocultural factors.
