PEDAGOGICAL CULTURE OF FUTURE TEACHER – IS AN ORGANIZER OF INTERCULTURAL INTERACTION OF PUPILS

Abstract
The problem of professional formation of future teachers’ is to train students to provide the cross-cultural (intercultural) interaction of pupils. The intercultural interaction contributes to the education of tolerance, culture, communication, humanistic values of the younger generation. This question is investigated in the following areas: the theoretical principles of professional culture (N. Nychkalo, T. Salomatova, A. Smypnova, G. Sokolova), the professional formation of future teacher (N. Bibik, C. Goncharenko, O. Dubasenyuk, I. Zyazyun, N. Kichuk, N. Kuzmina), the ways of forming of students’ multicultural competence (M. Knyazyan, A. Smirnova), the approaches to the creation of multicultural educational environment (V. Kochetkov, T. Koshmanova, S. Rao, E. Hakimov). In this article, the role of pedagogical culture in the students’ preparation for the organization of pupils’ intercultural interaction is investigated. The essence of future teacher’s pedagogical culture is studied. The content of student’s pedagogical culture as a system of pedagogical values is represented. The formation of pedagogical culture is the main aim of professional and pedagogical training to organize the pupils’ intercultural interaction. The pedagogical culture is an open system. The structure of pedagogical culture is a summary of structural and functional components that show variety of connections and interrelations between them. The structural components as a summary of pedagogical values provide formation of person’s values.
