PERCEPCIÓN FRENTE A LAS EXPECTATIVAS EN LOS SERVICIOS ECOTURÍSTICOS DESARROLLADOS EN LOCALIDADES DE ALTA MARGINACIÓN

Abstract
Ecotourism activities represent an alternative of increase in regions forestry vocations by permitting opportunities to rise the income and preserve the natural and cultural resources, the territories are revalued, appropriation and the new utilization of the natural resources. The tourism integrates services of lodgment, recreative and amusement offered, which allows the incorporation of human resources of the rural localities where ecotourism center ubicates and the surrounding localities, permeating in the development of the region, nevertheless, is necessary to understand the expectations of the tourists regarding to the offered services to keep the interest and increment the added value. This research aims to analyze the gap that is created between the expectations and the perception of tourists when consuming the service through its characteristics; the recollection instrument of information got validated through the analysis of trust Alfa of Cronbach and hypothesis tests of Kruskal Wallis and Mann Whitney got realized to identify the statistics differences in their demographic characteristics such as: educational level, occupation, age, group, etc.
