PERSONALITY PROFESSIONAL DEVIATION OF A TEACHER: AGGRESSIVENESS ASPECT

Abstract
The peculiarities of aggressive teacher behavior in classroom management are analyzed. The scheme of interaction between an aggressive personality and pupils as well as its causes and effects are described. Personal peculiarities of a teacher and their role in professional deviation are characterized. Factors of professional and personal failure are identified. Power reason is considered to be the probable cause of aggressive professional interaction. Perspective ways of further systematic interdisciplinary research in the sphere of aggressive classroom management are outlined.
