Preparing future leaders for management of innovative processes in general educational institutions during the economic crisis

Abstract
The author of the article has analyzed the content of innovational activity in the sphere of general secondary education. The basic principles of future leader preparation for management of innovative processes in general educational institutions during conditions of economic crisis have also been determined. In addition, the problems of the realization of innovational projects in general educational institutions have been discussed and the ways of overcoming problem situations have been determined.
