ПРОБЛЕМА КОМУНІКАТИВНО-МОВЛЕННЄВОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ДІТЕЙ ПЕРЕДШКІЛЬНОГО ВІКУ ДО НАВЧАННЯ У ШКОЛІ

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of communicative-speech training of pre-school aged children for studying at school. In our opinion, the development of speech is an important achievement of the pre-school period, which occupies a central place in the formation of the child's mental and educational activities and plays an important role in his / her successful social adaptation. The issue of communicative-speech training of pre-school aged children for studying at school were studied by modern scientists, such as A. Bogush, S. Demyanenko, L. Kalmykova, T. Pirozhenko, L. Poradychenko, N. Pritulyk, O. Tryfonova, N. Kharchenko, N. Shilina and others. We single out two stages in the formation pre-school children’s communicative-speech readiness for studying at school: communicative-speech training and communicative-speech readiness. We understand the term “communicative-speech training” as the activation of the person's ability to communicative and speech activity aimed at the direct formation and consolidation of the knowledge, skills and abilities that are necessary for the child to carry out the designated type of activity. «The communicative-language readiness» is considered as the ability to timely and appropriately use one’s knowledge and skills in a variety of life situations. In our opinion, the communicative-speech training of pre-school children should be organized in such a way so that continuity and prospects could be taken into account; it should provide two interrelated work directions as well, the directions being conventionally defined as speech and communicative. To sum up, “the communicative-speech training of pre-school children for studying at school” is a special training which stimulates the intellectual, emotional and volitional, motivational readiness of preschoolers for school in the field of communication. It involves sufficient adaptation of children to the conditions of school education, according to new program requirements to the mastering of language norms and rules, speech actions necessary for the mastery of speech skills.
