PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN SCHOOL OF MOUNTAINS REGIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article outlines the organizational and methodological principles for the provision of the right of children with special educational needs, discloses the actual problems of organizing inclusive education in general educational institutions, identifies the essence, peculiarities and problems of the introduction of inclusive education in general educational institutions of mountain regions of Ukraine. It has been pointed out that inclusive education on the path of formation in our country is experiencing a number of difficulties, which include the lack of training of teachers for work with children with special needs in a secondary school, insufficient level of development of the normative-legal base, inadequate additional financing of inclusive institutions, low level of educational-methodical support. It is emphasized that the processes of integrating children with special needs into general education institutions are becoming widespread in Ukraine, which requires the increased attention of society and the state to the study of special children on the basis of humanism and tolerance, providing them with affordable and quality education, which are indicators of the development of a democratic society.
