THE PSYCHOLOGICAL STUDY OF TRAINING FUTURE TEACHERS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES BY MEANS OF IMPLEMENTING ROLE-PLAYING PERSPECTIVE

Abstract
The study of the psychological and pedagogical sources, one’s own observations convince that traditional forms of learning are expedient to be filled with new contents, adequate to the modern demands of society to the specialists in foreign language. The necessity of the pedagogical training purposes defining in a new form which harmonizes in its contents knowledge, skills and the personality’s qualities which serve the indicators of professionalism. The role perspective is such form of the aim. The role perspective is the ideal which depicts the character of planning, organization, motivation, monitoring and evaluation of the pedagogical training obtained results the base of which is considered to be the role situation. The employment of the principle of the role perspective in the educational process creates emotional and intellectual conditions in the students’ lecture hall, the atmosphere of psychological comfort for each student, exactly: psychological protection, when the performed roles don’t increase social status, don’t arouse the feeling of professional hopelessness and discomfort; the vision of the professional growth perspective, the consciousness of the dependence between the quality of the role-playing performance and the successfulness of one’s own professional development; positive attitude to the stimulation and playing activity, creativity, independence, the freedom of one’s own actions choice. The quality of the pedagogical training depends upon its participants’ emotional state, the general emotional excitement; communicative mood, setting to the emotional contact and communication; inspiration and desire to carry out learning tasks productively; efficiency and improvisation, emotional perception of the educational process; all the participants’ of the pedagogical process emotional state and mood control; emotional setting to a positive result and successive solving of the projected learning tasks. The effectiveness of the pedagogical process essentially depends upon whether the future teacher of foreign languages discerns the personal sense, significance in one’s own professional growth. The system of the senses as the vision its final result is the base of the student’s subject position, that is the condition of the pedagogical training effectiveness raising in their professional development.
