PRODUCTIVITY-ORIENTED LOGISTICS STRATEGY OF THE ENTERPRISE: INDICATORS FOR MEASURING

Abstract
The article describes the productivity-oriented logistics strategy; its place among other company logistics strategies was determined. The adoption of productivity-oriented logistics strategy, as an intermediate option, allows company to complement a list of company strategic logistics alternatives. The effective implementation of the logistics strategy needs for a system of indicators for assessing its implementation. The system of productivity-oriented company logistics strategy performance indicators shall conform to strategic logistics goals. The system of indicators for assessing logistics strategy includes the following components: financial component, customer component, internal component, component of training and growth.
