Progress of domestic power on organic fuel. Ecology - control aspect

Abstract

In a today's period of the world production development, the Ukrainian power engineering operates in difficult conditions. The high degree of equipment wear of industry stipulated the decline of technological indexes level of its functioning process, especially ecological. The necessity of nature protection tasks solving was intensified. The range of problems of heat-power engineering development on an organic fuel in Ukraine is considered in the article. Three basic problems of industry development are shown and analysed in the period of entering into the innovative stage of production development. The problem of ecological efficiency level increasing of energy functioning objects is distinguished and considered. The ways of environmental friendless increasing of the most active harmful sources on an environment are indicated – boilers, foremost working on hard bad quality fuel. Advantages of the progressive attitude forming technological efficiency level of energy equipment functioning in comparison with a traditional approach. It is indicated on expediency of striking the balance of technological efficiency of energy objects functioning at their updating complete and partial. Necessity to base on a systematic approach at solving problems of technological efficiency level forming of industry equipment is paid attention to. The forthcoming tasks solving will be determined by quality of control process by co-operation of flowsheet elements, affecting technical object. Similar functions will be able to realize ACS. Model of future ACS is possible to present ecological efficiency of heat-power engineering objects as an inter-branch multilevel informative pyramid consisting of row of functionally associated elements in productive sphere. This ACS will be a part of a higher level ACS, that will affect all aspects of production process functioning on a certain territory. The use of the considered scientific and organizationally-technical decisions will allow to promote the functioning technological efficiency level of heat-power engineering equipment substantially, in particular, to promote the level of its ecological efficiency, that is of the most immediate interest in modern terms.
