PROTECTION OF RIGHTS AND ECONOMIC INTERESTS OF SUBJECTS IN THE PROCESS OF REALIZATION OF ORAL TRANSACTIONS

Abstract
The legal content of the oral transaction is examined. The problematic of the definition of this concept in modern civil legislation is revealed. The negative economic consequences of the closing of oral transactions are analyzed. The practical experience of applying both oral and written transactions in international legislation and economic practice of Ukraine is considered. On the basis of scientific analysis of theoretical and practical developments in this field of research, it is offered to fix the mechanism for implementing oral transactions and protecting the economic interests of the participating entities legislatively.
