РАЦИОНАЛЬНАЯ АНТИБАКТЕРИАЛЬНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ У БОЛЬНЫХ С ВНЕБОЛЬНИЧНОЙ ПНЕВМОНИЕЙ

Abstract
The rational antibacterial therapy of community-acquired pneumonia has to be based on monitoring of resistance of microorganisms in our country at the level of evidential medicine taking into account climate of geographical indicators. Antibacterial therapy of community-acquired pneumonia refer a modern initiation of treatment, coverage of the most probable originators of a disease to the basic principles (S. Pneumonie, "atypical" microorganisms), accounting of local epidemiological features and data on microbial resistance. In our country is absent evidential data on resistance of microorganisms to antibacterial therapy today. Success of treatment of pneumonia substantially depends on faultless identification of the originator.
