Abstract
Współcześnie uznaje się, że zaufanie jest niezmiernie ważnym elementem przestrzeni społecznej i przynosi określone korzyści zarówno dla organizacji, jak i ich interesariuszy (stakeholders). Korzyści te dotyczą nie tylko umacniania więzi międzyludzkich, ale również sprzyjają doskonaleniu jakości oraz efektywności funkcjonowania i rozwojowi organizacji. Celem opracowania jest próba określenia związków pomiędzy relacjami zaufania a doskonaleniem jakości usług publicznych.
