RESPONSIBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES AS CHALLENGE FOR CONTEMPORARY ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The paper considers conditions of responsibility contemporary organizations for employees. For this purpose, definitions of human capital and its importance for contemporary organizations were presented. In her article, autor described recommendations of norm ISO 26000 for organizations concerning practices in the scope of work and the impact of these recommendations on competitiveness organizations. The paper also analysis of practices in the scope of work carried out by enterprises in Poland in the years 2013-2015 was presented. In the article, there are used an analysis of the subject literature and good practice of enterprises in Poland, based on reports Responsible Business in Poland. Good practices.<br/><br/>
