RESPONSIBILITY OF CIVIL SERVANTS FOR VIOLATING THE LAW ON E-DECLARATION

Abstract

The article deals with the responsibility of civil servants for violating the law on e-declaration. The administrative and criminal responsibility for the commission of such an offense was investigated. The specified sanctions are applied in the case of committing the offense. Recommended actions to be applied by the declarant to secure their rights. The shortcoming in this area is revealed the lack of a list of good reasons for not submitting declarations that exempt from legal liability.
