Samoocena w kontekście Polskiej Nagrody Jakości –kryteria i trendy

Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono funkcje, jakie pełni samoocena oraz zwrócono uwagę na jej znaczenie w różnych konkursach i programach promocyjnych organizowanych w Polsce. Scharakteryzowano Polską Nagrodę Jakości, jako typowy konkurs wykorzystujący metodę samooceny. Na wykresach pokazano podstawowe dane liczbowe odnoszące się do kolejnych edycji konkursu, jakie odbyły się w latach 1995 – 2011. Przedstawiono także trendy w kształtowaniu się ocen poszczególnych kryteriów konkursowych. Wskazano kryteria o największej i najmniejszej dynamice wzrostowej, a także te, które oceniane były najlepiej i najgorzej w skali całego okresu istnienia Polskiej Nagrody Jakości.
