SELF-FULFILLMENT OF THE TEACHER-BEGINNER AT SCHOOL: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract
In particular, the author analyses the main problems arising at this stage in the process of self-novice teachers; distinguishes between levels of professional development of the teacher; emphasizes the need to provide effective assistance to inexperienced teachers by school leaders, colleagues, the public, governments and others. In the study, the author uses a number of methods, the main among which is the analysis of updated sources, observations, surveys, diagnostics, and others. In particular, the study gives reason to believe that the most relevant today among the problems encountered in the practice of teachers beginners is the difference between the requirements to them by the university, colleagues and students and real knowledge acquired at university; low skills or complete lack thereof in the solution of educational problems; personality traits and qualities that impede the smooth process of formation and fulfilment in their professional activities. Comparing the realities of school life in educational institutions of Ukraine and experience of European institutions and organizations author gives examples of success on the preparation of highly professional, competitive specialist; analyses and defines the ways, methods and techniques for working with specialists that improve the quality of their educational activities and effectiveness of the educational process of the school.
