SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES OF THE PROCESS OF MANAGERIAL DECISION-MAKING IN PUBLIC, PRIVATE AND NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study and systematization of existing legal acts in part concerning decision-making in organizations of various forms of ownership, identification of common and distinctive features in the process of managerial decision-making in public, private, and non-governmental organizations. Disclosed the concepts of «pri-vate enterprise», «non-governmental organization», «management decisions», the attention has been brought to the the basic requirements for managerial decisions in public administration. Analyzed main functions and principles of organizations of various forms of ownership, rights and obligations of non-governmental organizations. Given the characteristics of the main stages of the development and managerial decision-making in public and private organiza-tions. Based on the research of existing legal acts the author identified and systematized the similarities and differ-ences in the process of managerial decision-making in organizations of different ownership forms
