Situational Requirements of Personality Functions in a Management System

Abstract
The article describes a method of predicting success in a system of management for a specific post in a particular firm. We argue that the success of a company’s management system depends to a large extent on the selection of staff using a situational and normative approach. The article describes a study in which the author tested an innovative model of assessing personality traits of managers and their suitability to perform managerial tasks in companies.
