Abstract
It is indispensable for small towns to find the key to local possibilities of economic activi-sation, such as attracting tourists or finding other factors that cause future economic growth of the given region and its towns. Quite often conditions such as good climate, clean air, clean rivers and sea waters, historic values, small scale of localities and little distances cause that new settlers chose the region as their home.
