Abstract

The successful activity of school is in a great deal depends on that, who manages it. Presently the role of head master that must able to organize an educational process becomes especially actual. The effective leader of modern school decides a main task - to provide passing ahead character of education: to put tasks that is important today and that will become yet more important tomorrow, and, main, able to find the ways of their decision. Professional competence of leader of school today, as never before, plugs in itself administrative, pedagogical, communicative, diagnostic and research internals, efficiency of his work is determined by the level of formed of professional knowledge and abilities, by the degree of development professionally of meaningful personality internals that is needed for realization of administrative functions on the achievement of the set aims. A school management is needed not only for an effective management by shots, coordinating of their activity in the achievement of the put aims, tasks, made decision, and also in organization of control and analysis of their implementation. Therefore not a single educational establishment can exist separately from processes (political, economic, social) what be going on in modern society.
