Some aspects of interrogation of different categories of persons in the investigation of crimes against morality

Abstract

The article deals with some aspects of the investigation of crimes against morality. The organizational and tactical features of interrogation of suspects in the investigation of the studied category of criminal offenses are examined too. The author notes that the mandatory investigative (search) action in the investigation of crimes against morality is the questioning of various categories of persons. At the preparatory stage for its conduct it is necessary to find out a number of circumstances that need to be established. After all, in the investigation of crimes against morality, they have characteristic features. An indispensable condition for a successful interrogation is the study of materials of criminal proceedings. Their thorough and thorough research allows us to identify existing gaps, differences and contradictions in various aspects. Considerable information contained in the records of investigative (search) actions: protocol review of the place of the event; protocols for questioning victims and witnesses; a presentation record for identification, etc. In addition, other materials are being investigated: various references; characteristics on individual process participants; procedural documents Immediately during interrogation it is necessary to apply appropriate tactics for its most effective, in particular: establishing psychological contact with the interrogator; presentation of evidence; concealing the limits of awareness of the investigator.
