SOME PROCEDURAL ASPECTS OF CRIME INVESTIGATION, WHICH ARE EXECUTED IN OFFICIAL PERFORMANCE FIELD

Abstract
In this article some special aspects of criminal procedure during performing investigative actions and other procedural actions during pretrial investigation of criminal offences, committed in official performance field, were researched. System analysis of The Corruption Perception Index, made by Transparency International in Ukraine over 2016−2017 years, and investigative – trial practice were studied, likewise, problematic aspects, which National police detectives face during registration of the facts of giving or receiving a bribe, were examined.
